1. General Remarks for Terms and Conditions
PerfectHair.ch solely delivers based on these terms and conditions. By posting an order the client explicitly agrees with our terms and conditions. They are an integral part of the contract between the client and PerfectHair.ch. The terms and conditions apply for goods, which the client orders online in the Internet from PerfectHair.ch (www.perfecthair.ch). The offerings on PerfectHair.ch are only available for the defined countries or regions.
Price changes and changes in the offered products are possible anytime. PerfectHair.ch is not liable for mistakes on the homepage. Pictures of our products might not be shown in the right color and could be different from the original product. Technical details and/or the content of the delivered products can be different from the details of the company that produces the product or the description on the internet. All details on www.perfecthair.ch are without guarantee and PerfectHair.ch cannot be held responsible, especially for the accuracy, the completeness and the actuality of the information. The Prices are binding on the time of purchase. In the case that there was a mistake with the displayed price, PerfectHair.ch has the right to change the price after the purchase. In this case, the client will be informed and he does not have to purchase the products that are affected. All prices are in Swiss Francs and include GST. Shipment is charged extra.
The contract is valid when the client accepts the order at the end of the ordering process by paying slip prepayment or credit card. The client will get a confirmation email from PerfectHair.ch to the supplied email address which confirms that the order is being processed. Until this email is sent out, PerfectHair.ch has the right to refuse the order, if there is a legal dispute with the client, especially if the dispute concerns orders that have not been paid by the same client. Submitting the complete and correct delivery address lays in the responsibility of the client. If the client has submitted wrong address details, PerfectHair.ch has the right to cancel the contract. In the case that the manufacturer of the products can not deliver the product, PerfectHair.ch will do its best to find an alternative solution with the client. Should an alternative solution not be possible, PerfectHair.ch has the right not to deliver the products. In this case, PerfectHair.ch can not be held responsible. PerfectHair.ch delivers products and vouchers only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. With the purchase, the client confirms that he is at least 18 years of age.
PerfectHair.ch has a large amount of products in stock. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to send all orders on the date the order is received and the customer should get the products within 1 to 2 working days (all parcels are sent with PostPac Priority). Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. PerfectHair.ch cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. In the case that PerfectHair.ch has sent too many articles or the wrong ones, the products must be returned immediately, the latest within 7 days. All articles that are not returned will be invoiced to the client.
5. Order amount
PerfectHair.ch has the right to limit the order amount. PerfectHair.ch has also the right to refuse an order. PerfectHair.ch has the right to hold an order back until the previous order has been paid or an order from a client has not been paid or there is an open payment under the same delivery address.
PerfectHair.ch offers very affordable conditions to its clients. Therefore, at maximum one voucher can be redeemed per order. To redeem your voucher, please fill in the voucher code into the requested field and its value will be substracted from the total amount immediately. Vouchers can be redeemed only once and an eventual rest amount will be deleted.
7. Shipping Costs
PostPac Priority (CHF 8) or PostPac Economy (CHF 6) can be chosen by the client at the end of the ordering process. The client has to pay for the shipping costs (GST included).
8. Return procedure
The request to return the products must be sent to PerfectHair.ch by e-mail within 7 days after the order has been received. Products that are returned without the prior consent of PerfectHair.ch can be refused. The consent to take the products back will be sent by e-mail to the client within 48 hours of receiving the request to return the order. Returned products are only accepted in their original packaging.
9. Notice of defect
Notice of defects can be addressed to PerfectHair.ch written or orally within 8 days of receiving the order.
Fully valid is the warranty delivered along with the products from the original manufacturer. In a warranty case, PerfectHair.ch decides if the product should be repaired or exchanged. Not covered under warranty are damages that are caused by the buyer of the product, natural decay from use, or other external events that are not caused by the seller.
11. Invoicing/Payment reminder
An invoice will be sent per shipment with a payment deadline of 10 days. If the payment has not been received within the deadline PerfectHair.ch is authorized to raise dunning charges to at least cover the occurring costs partially. The amount invoiced plus possible dunning costs and default interests can be transferred or sold to third parties for encashment.
12. Damage during transport
PerfectHair.ch as well as the shipping company must be informed in the case that the products have been damaged during the transport. Erroneously delivered products or to big amounts of articles delivered are to be sent back by seven days after delivery at the latest. All articles not sent back are billed. The costs of the reconsignment are refunded to the customer.
Clients that pay for the first time for orders above CHF 250 (amount includes shipment costs) can pay using the prepayment option or pay via Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA. With the prepayment option, the client will receive the account details in the confirmation email after the order. The account details are:

Orders below CHF 250 or orders from existing clients can be paid bascially with paying slip. PerfectHair.ch decides which clients can pay with a paying slip for orders above CHF 250 and has always the right to demand a prepayment for any order or amount. PerfectHair.ch can check the credit score of new or existing clients. PerfectHair.ch uses secure connections for the transmission of data, especially for credit card numbers. The products belong to PerfectHair.ch until the payment has been made in full.
All data that is necessary for doing business will be saved and in the course of normal business maybe be passed on to affiliated companies. All personal data will be treated confidential. Under “Customer Account Management” the client has the possibility to change his personal data at any time.
PerfectHair.ch can not be held liable within the given legal framework for damages caused by the products sold. Claims for damages based on not being able to deliver, breach of contract, errors in contract fulfillment are not valid against PerfectHair.ch or its management as long as those have not been made out of gross negligence. Claims for damages that arise from the direct or indirect use of the product are also excluded.
The contract is solely governed by Swiss Law. For all disputes with PerfectHair.ch, the court will be in Winterthur, Switzerland (given that there are no higher courts applicable based on the sovereign law of Switzerland).
17. Changes in Terms and Conditions
PerfectHair.ch has the explicit right to change the terms and conditions anytime in order to keep them updated to new business developments. Any change will be in effect immediately.
