Use

Step 1 - Begin by degreasing the eyelid and then pat it dry. Step 2 - Gently peel the strips from the foil by generously moistening a fingertip with water and stroking it over the sticker. Use tweezers for this step. Step 3 - Close the eye and apply the sticker to the upper eyelid crease. Press it gently with the tweezers. Dab off excess water with a cotton pad or tissue. IMPORTANT! - Let the sticker dry for about 2 minutes while keeping the eye closed to prevent the sticker from sticking to the upper eye area!
