Provides thorough hair care. Adds shine and leaves hair feeling smooth. Smoothes the hair surface and provides rich moisture. With chamomile oil and white tea extract. Reveal softness and shine with Oil Reflections Luminous Instant Conditioner with natural botanical ingredients that protect against natural lipid breakdown and create a smooth surface shine. Enriched with chamomile oil and white tea extract for long-lasting moisture and luminous shine; restores lost moisture. This formula likewise contains panthenol to restore moisture balance. Apply to clean, damp hair lengths, leave on for 30 seconds to one minute, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, combine with Oil Reflections Shampoo and Hair Mask.
