Philip B Rejuvenating Oil soothes, balances, hydrates dry scalps, normalizes oil production in greasy roots. Rebalances roughened layers of hair cuticles with sufficient moisture.

Directions of use

Only use on dry hair and the scalp, do not use on wet hair! Allow to develop its effects for 20 minutes to 24 hours. Wash out with Peppermint & Avocado Shampoo.
