Welloxon Perfect Developer 9% 30 Vol.

Welloxon Perfect oxidizers have been developed together with Wella's color products as a chemical system and are specially matched to each other. They achieve an optimal color result in terms of opacity, durability, uniformity, shine and nuance development. Easy mixing and application, due to ideal viscosity and distributes optimally on the hair.
