Directions of use

Apply to damp hair. If BLONDME Pastel Toning is used after bleaching or lighter coloring, complete the oxidation process first with a BLONDME mask. Mix BLONDME Pastel Toning and BLONDME Premium Developer 2%|7 vol. in a 1:1 ratio. Mix carefully until a uniform mixture is obtained. Apply the color cream immediately after mixing. Apply the product generously to achieve the best possible uniform color results. Working time: Up to 20 minutes. Observe in between by visual control. Additional heat is NOT recommended.
