Directions of use

BLONDOR FREELIGHTS should always be used as a system. Blondor Freelights white blonding powder with Blondor Freelights oxidizing agent use a ratio of 1:1 - 1:3 (recommended: 1:1.5). Mix with Blondor Freelights oxidizing agent 6%, 9% or 12%. Apply to dry hair. Application time: 10 - 50 min. without heat, depending on the desired lightening.
