How do you apply false eyelashes correctly?

Advice: If you have very small eyes, large and extravagant eyelashes are not recommended. These can make the eye look even smaller.

1. your eye make-up should already be ready. This includes curling your eyelashes upwards with the eyelash curler. You should also apply mascara to the lashes so that they don't stick out from the false lashes later. We used the MAC Super Stack Mega Brush for this, which provides volume and length.

3. trim the lash if necessary so that it fits exactly on your lash line.

4. then you can apply a thin layer of glue to the lash band. It is important that the outer and inner edges get enough glue. This is where the lash strip comes off the quickest.

5. Before you apply the lashes, you must wait approx. 15 seconds until the glue has dried slightly. This is when it sticks best.

6. now use tweezers to apply the lash to the center of the lash line. You can then glue the two ends to the lash line. Stay as close to the lash line as possible for a natural look.

7. use the back of the tweezers to press the lash even closer to the lash line.

8. finally, you can go over the lash line again with the eyeliner to cover up any glue residue. Voilà done!

If you would like to use your eyelashes more often, it is important to remove the adhesive after each use. After about ten uses, the hairs usually no longer look so pretty.

However, you can simply comb through them briefly with an eyelash brush and clean them at the same time. Afterwards, your false eyelashes will be as good as new and can even be reused up to 15 times.
